revolutionary troops. (By Cable.—Press Association.—'Copyright) (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Recoived January 17th, 12.10 a.m.) MADRID, January 14. Postal communication with Portugal is interrupted, but frontier reports state that the revolution is being carried on chiefly by troops returning from Franoe, with the r object of replacing the Government by supporters of the cx-Preaident, Senhor Bernardino Machado.
