IXDECENT LANGUAGE. Mary Smith (Mr admitted a charge of having used indecent language, and was convicted and ordered to como up for sentenco when called upon. . THEFT. ; A girl of 17 years named Eileen Moody (Mr Aciand) admitted having ttoien sums of monsy totalling £16 9s, from Mrs A. Johnston at New Brighton. The sum of £3 had been refunded, and the accused was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence- when called upon, on condition that eho paid back tho money still owin~. DISMISSED. James Henry Seymour (Mr Lucas) appeared on cliarges of driving a motor-car round a corner at an excessive speed, of driving a car in a manner dangerous to the public, and of failing to sound his born when approaching a street crossing. All tho charges were dismissed. ADJOURNED. Walter Ernest Payno (Mr Lucas) asked for sureties of the peace from Neil. Myera (Mr Ca«idy), on the grounds that the latter used insulting language and threatening behaviour towards him. The case was adjourned for eix months, to see how the parties conduct themselves towards each other.
