DOMINION FORECAST. Tho following is the Dominion meteorologist's forecast, issued at "Wellington, at 4 p.m. yesterday:— Present indications are for increasng westerly winds, northward of NVw Plymouth and Napier, and high and equally north-west to south-west winds elsewhere. ■ Expect unsettled, cloudy, and misty weather, with rain generally, and lieavv rain in Westland. a.nd Ota pro. Electrical disturbances are probable in tho South. The barometer is unsteady, with a further falling tendency.
