COURT-MARTIAL AT DUNEDIN.
THREE SOLDIERS TRIED. (rKESS ASSOCIATION" T^LECRAII.) DUNEDIN, January 14. Major Greenhough presided ov6r a court-martial this morning. Prjvate William Hoy was charged with failing to appear before a Medical Board at Oamaru, when ordered to do so, on 26th, 1916. Accused had teen in custody for 28 days. Private Michael Cody was charged with failing to concentrate with his unit at inveroargill when ordered. Accused had already been sentenced at Wanganui to three months' imprisonment for changing his name without notifying the autnorities. Solicitors appeared for both prisoners and offered excuses. Private Bernard Bradley was charged with failing to appear before a Medical Board at Invercargill when ordered. He admitted the offence and offered no excuse. The sentences will be promulgated in due course.
