Mr Herbert Lethbridgo, a co-execu-tor, has filed for probate the will of George Yuill, of Sydney, disposing of more than 2,000,000 dollars held on deposit by the Morgan Company. The money is divided amongst the servants and the daughters of the Countess of Portarlington. Mr Lethbridge has filed a claim for exemption from the transfer tax. IDLE WOMEN. LONDON, January 12. Thousands of discharged women munition workers are refusing to return to domestic service, laundries, and other occupations, preferring to remain idle on the Government's unemploy- • jnent allowance of 25s weekly.
