STEAMER LOST.
MAJORITY OF CREW SAVED. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Ajwoci*tion.) HALIFAX, January 13. An American steamer rescued the creiv of the stoamer Castalia (6396 tons), which was reported to be sinking south of Cape Canso. Several wore drowned through lifeboats overturning.
