It was decided * to thank tho Now Brighton Council for its efforts to obtain a loan for road construction, «• including the formation of Bcach road to ~ the sea. The secretary was instructed to v writo to the Waimairi County Council, ask- * in" thai gorso and broom bo removed from Beach road, botween Frost's road and Kiic®* t courso road. It was unanimously decided «• to support tho proposal to erect a Peace Memorial at North Bcar-h, in the form of i a band rotunda and shelter sheds. Mr : Poison moved, Mr S. C.
