SERIOUS STRIKE RIOTS.

A Dictatorship has borri declared in the Argentine in connexion with the strikes. There is rioting in Buenos Ayros. The public buildings are barricaded, and a general striko has been called. It is estimated that 100 people have been killed in strike disturbances. Trains are not running throughout tho country.
