ENQUIRY INTO BREACHES. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Received January 12th, 0.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 10. The British Committee appointed two months ago to enquire into breaches of the laws of war, is making good progress. . Various sub-committees are dealing with questions of law, ill-treatment of prisoners, offences at sea, and tho indiscriminate bombardment of towns. All the sub-committees still have a large mass of evidence to sift, and tho final conclusions will probably not be reached for months. The sub-committee on law has already submitted a special report conveyiug the unanimous conclusion that it was desirable to take proceedings against the ex-Kaiser.
