The will of Ihe late Josiah Howard, an elderly sheepfarmer who died recently, leaves the whole of his estate to "his Majesty the King," and: hopes the farm -will be utilised for the purpose of founding an agricultural college. The property consists of eight thousand acres, and the estate is worth, approximated £100,000. j
