A Russian wireless message "states that a meeting of the Union of Chinese workmen at Moscow declared in favour of immediately starting a propaganda in China, favouring a social resolution, and also asking the assistance of the Soviet Government in organising the propaganda and dispatching propagandists to China. LABOUR COUNCIL SUPPORT. SYDNEY, January 10. The Labour Council, after an address by M. Thompson, one of the Labour members of the French Mission, who was frequently interrupted because of [lis antagonism to Bolshevism, carried a motion sending fraternal greetings to the workers of France and all other countries, and stating that they realised that the calumnies hurled at the Bolshevists emanated from the enemies )f the working class, and expressing the aope that those fighting for freedom ivonld triumph °yer foul monarchs and militarists and all their supporters.
