The Dublin correspondent of "The Times" states that_ the Sinn Feiners have abandoned .their proposed demonstration in the House of Commons. The leaders are exercising- restraint in the hope that Irish representation wiif be allowed at the Peace Conference. If this is refused they will resort to desperate measures, including a gsneral strike. They are collecting £80,000 ito estiiblish a daily newspaper i n Dublin.
