DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIPS. 1 The Schools' and Intermedi&to Swimming Championship# of the Dominion will bo held ia tlie Tepid Baths, Cliristchurek, in the fir»t week in March. These chanipioiiebipahave' already been held twice. In the first year they Were held in Wellington, and.were con- j fined solely to school children, and the meeting proved euch a success that it was decided to form an intermediate grade. As a toeult, there are now championship ovents for ' school children under the ago of fourteen years on October lot, and intermediate championships for boya and girls under the ago (of 17 on October Ist. Last yeir*a meeting was lield at Wanganui, and proved a big euccess. 1 This year, the champion-ship event* will bo spread over three days, and au attractive programme of open swimming and diving > events will bo arranged for each day. The • 100 yards Ladies' Championship .of the Do-- , minion, at present held by Miss D.
