MOVEMENT~OF TROOPS. PARIS, January 5. The Genoa correspondent of the "Echo do Paris" says that lintente troops have occupied Cetigne. The Italians have replaced the French in Monastir. The Serbians have begun the occupation of I>almatia. The Jugoslavs are approaching Klegenfurth. COURT-MARTIAL ORDERED. PARIS. January o. "Le Matin's" Constantinople correspondent says that the Sultan has ordered a court-martial to try who were responsible for Turkey's entrance into the war. He has asked for French support. RAILWAY COMMUNICATION. LONDON, January 3. Arrangements are being made to open a railway connexion from Paris to Bucharest, via Borne, Vienna, and Budapest. and also from Paris to Athens, via Venice, Trieste, Nish, and Larissa.
