I certainly did not try to spoak to him. "But after luncheon I heard a voice behind in e saying. 'Mr Ingram!' 't •.-.•as the gorgoous footman. 'Don't you i remember me "down in Betbnal Green?' Aud then there tamo to my mind a little room in. Bethnal Green where father aud mother and children —bix. persons—ate and slept. And this gorgeous person," continued the Bishop, "came from that tiny room!"
