PURSUANT to the provision* of the "Counties Act, 1908," public notice isherebr given that the following Resolution, whiou is intended to be mode a SPECIAL ORDER, ww passed by the Heathoote County Council at a SPECIAL MEETING of the eaid Council hold on Tuosday, the 10th day of December, 1918, at 7.20 p.m.:— In pursuance and exorcise of the power* vested in it by "The Counties Act, 1908," Section 10 of the' Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," a recommendation, of the District Health Officer, dated Sep- ' tombor 13th, 1918, and of an Order-in-Council published in the New Zealand Gazette on the, 18th day of October, 1918, page 0528, the Heathcots County Council doth horeby resolve to borrow by way of Spocial Loan tho sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£750) for the purpose of sewage exteneions, 1a lx> expended in the areas in the Cashmere Riding of the He&thcote Countv, more particularly described below; the eaid Loan to be for a period of 86 years, bearing interest in the meantime at a rate not exceeding £5J per centum per annum, and that for the .. purpose of providing interest, 1 per cent.
