Another important disbursement la being made by the same firm at Dennington,, Warrnambool, Victoria I ,' where - exists what is probably the biggest condensed milk factory in the world.-There they are building a dining-hall for the accommodation of employees, at a cost "■ of no less than £20,000. A similar refectonr is to be established at Ab« botsfora. The scheme is to provide f hot. nourishing meals at midday. Thore will be no obligation upon an employee to purchase, but no profits are to be N made, and the food will be issued at cost price. Recreation rooms will also be erected. The new chocolate factory will give employment to 700 people. It is teresting to learn, moreover, that not * only will the boilers. costing from 1 £15,000 to £20,000, be made in traha, but that the refrigerating plant ' entailing an outlay of another £23,000 Vwill be constructed there too.
