"The Times" says that it is trustwortliily estimated that thoro are 80,0U0 Czccho-Slovaks in Siberia, ana 30,000 in European Russia. Thev intend to reach tho French front via Viadivostock. THE MOSCOW REVOLT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Julv 17th, 5.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 15.. The Russian Embassy has made a statement that the Moscow upri3 : iii? has been crushcd by a combination of German and Bolshevik arms. It was a manifestation of Russian national feeling which the Germans and Bolsheviks will crush unless Allied aid is sent. The Embassy declares that the crushing of the Moscow uprising endangers the entire Czecho-Slovak revolt. In reference to Count Mirbach's machinations, tho statement declares: "He entertained most cordial relations with the Bolsheviks. He flooded the country with deliberate misstatements, and simultaneously attempted to induce the Moderates to accept German military help to overthrow the Bolsheviks. He also promised reconsideration of the Brest-Litovsk treaty. ' AMSTERDAM, July 15. M. Tchitcherin has demanded, that Britain shall withdraw her troops from the Murman coast.
