ABOUT THE ENEMY.
(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Renter's Telegrams.) (Received July 18th, 1.35 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 16. Baron Burian, in the course of his report on the Austro-Hungarian foreign policy, declares that the enemy's obstinacy regarding territorial demands concerning Alsace-Lorraine, tho Trentino, Trieste, and the German colonies, appear insurmountable. "We are prepared to discuss everything except the cession of our own territory," he said.
