"I ooold give many instances of mere ' boys becoming physical and moral wrecks, and I have no doubt doctors in other munition areas could relate similar experiences," writes Dr. Howard IMstin in the "British Medioal Journal." He says that too much money is the root of the evil, and suggests that no one under 18 should be allowed to receive more than 30s a week, anything above this to be held in trust until the j earner returns to civil life.
