MOBILISATION NOT TO BE DELAYED. (PBBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, July 17. Nearly 1400 men have been posted to the 45th Reinforcements (August draft), and a similar number to the 46th Reinforcements (September draft). The Director of Recruiting stated tonight that it was not proposed to delay the mobilisation of any of these men. Certain allowance had always to be made for wastage from various causes, ind it was necessary to maintain the itrength of the troops in camp in order that the full period of training might be given before despatch from this Kuntry. No additional recruitswould i required for the August and September drafts.
