A SURVIVOR'S ALLEGATIONS. (By Cable.—Press Association,—Copyright.) SYDNEY, July 15. Mr Sedgebeer, referring to tne Mayor of Auckland's remarks regarding. the treatment ot the Wimmera's survivors, explains ihat ho in no way referred to the committee, whom the Mayor apparently confuses with the officials, and lhat any complaints he had made related to tue snipping officials.* He also produced a letter to show that the committee had been reimbursed for any expenditure made in Auckland on Jus benalf.
