General March told the Senato'B Military Committee that there* are now 1,100,000 American troops in France. _ NEW YORK, July 14. At rrL^^ > ?' r of Justice has seized the Trans-Atlantic Trust Company, and has also arrested the president of the company and three leading AustroHungarians, pending investigation of their activity. One of the men airesied is Guido von Steer, a former member of the Austrian Cabinet. The company's banking deposits amount to 7.000,000 dollars, which will be safeguarded.
