lONI>ON, July 18. The Italian advance on the Kave necessitates the reduction of strong points of reinforced concrete six feet thick and armed with machine-guns. The Italians retook all these points one by one with heavy artillery. The Italians also retook all the artillery previously lost. The Italians in Albania have advanced between ten and twenty miles. The Austrians are retiring in disorder.
