(Before Mr T, A. B. Bailey, SJM.) DRUNKENNESS. George Lloyd Evans, charged rntln drunkenness, was remanded till to-day as other charges were said to be pending. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. An order for immediate payment, in default one month's imprisonment, was made in the case of the N.Z. Express Company, Ltd. (Mr Smithson) v. Henry George Ell; debt £48 9s 3d. In the case of J. ■G. Seeton (Mr Twvneham) v. William Smith (Mr L. A. "Dymgall), debt £21 Is, debtor was examined, but no order was made. No order was made, after the examination of tl>e debtor, in the case of Packer and Jones, Ltd. (Mr Williams) V. James W. Halligan (Mr Ward), debt £42 8s sd. William Munsey was ordered to pay n debt of £2 los to HearfieW and Walker (Mr Williams) at the rate of 2s. 6d per week, in default 3 days' imprisonment

Henry George Ell was ordered to pay Beath and Co., Ltd. (Mr Ward) a debt of £27 8s 6d forthwith, in default 27 days' imprisonment. No order was made in the case of Henry Skinner (Mr Chmingham) v. A. G. Laroombo, debt £18 9s. William Anthony Downing was ordered to pay the N.Z. Farmers' Co-op. Association, Ltd., tlio sum of £144 6s od at the rate of 10s a week, in default two montlis' imprisonment.

An order for immediate payment, in default 1 days' imprisonment, was made in the cn.so of the executor of the late Andrew Swnnston (Mr Williams) v. .George !D. Gowie, debt £7 14s. No order was made in the case of Tench Bros. (Mr Thomas) v. J. W. McClintock (Mr Dncro), debt £28 14s. An order for the suspension till September 21st of the original order for payment at the rate of 2s fid per week was made in the case of Thomes Eve (Mr Thomas) v. William Cashmere, debt £10 3s.
