PARIS, July 11.
Tho Orleans Railway Company haß applied for a concession to construct a tunnel under the Strait of Gibraltar in furtherance of a scheme to run s railway from Paris to Dakar.
The execution of this scheme would ultimately establish railway communication between London and Cape To war when the Channel tunnel is built.
