A SECRETARY PLEADS GUILTY TO THEFT.

AUCKLAND, July 12,
A married man named Louis Aloysius Frost was charged at the Police Court to-day with the theft of a total of £G7o 9s 7d, the property of J. T. Julian and Co., contractors, for which firm ho was secretary. Accused pleaded guilty and was committed to tno Supremo Court for sentence. Bail in two sureties of £150 each was allowed.
