SUMMARY AND FORECAST;' A westerly disturbance still envelops the Dominion, and though pressure is very low in the South, westerly winds have hitherto been strongest in the Morth. Xho weather has been fair in the East Coast disteicts, but dull and showery elsewhere. Present indications are for high and equally west to south winds, skies dull to overcast, with rain probable generally, snow on _ the higher levels; and colder weather following; the barometer unsteady, but rising fact coon in the South.
