HOW TO RESIST THE COLD
•Intenso cold lowers t-ho vitality, and persons whose constitutions aro weak are liable to congestions and inflammations. Tho best means of resisting the effects of cold is to clotho warmly and to take plenty of good solid food, containing a largo proportion of oils and fats. For persons with weak lungs, or subject to colds and chills, the uso of Wilson's Malt Extract with Cod Liver Oil may be strongly recommended. Tho Malt Extract builds up the system, and the Oil makes the body impervious to changes of temperature. This admirable combination, as a medical man terms it, makes the finest winter tonic imaginable. It is sure and certain in its results.
