AUCKLAND. July 10.
In a speech at Holensvillo to-night, Sir James Allen said New Zealand to date had sent away 95,000 soldiers, and over 22,000 had returned. He was hopeful that wo shortly would bo able to reduce the reinforcement quota; to what it was a few months ago.
