Tho second day of tho North. Canterbury Show was hekl on Saturday, when the cots were judged, Mr H. Bigg® being the judge. There wore 64 entries, amongst which were some cplondid animals. There was keen competition in most classes,. the judge having pre at difficulty in deciding the • wibnen-. Especially was this the case with. tl?** special ana reearve special, there beinj; 'ery little to choose between them.
