SUCCESSFUL POLICE RAIDS.

DUBLIN, July 5,
A large force of police at Balliaslos raided farm houses within a radius of 50 miles, and. seized hundreds of guns and arms of every description. Manyarrests were mado. .
SKIRMISH AT WATERFORD

(Received July 7th, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 6. There were exciting scenes at Waterford, where a crowd, attacked the police conveying Sinn Feiners to prison. The
police fixed bayonets and charged the crotfd several times. Many were injured. Two constables were wounded.
