CASUALTIES.
A single man named William Todd, aged 69 years ? died suddenly at the j residence of his brother, Mr George Todd, Seafield, on Thursday. At the inquest, T>r. Rendle stated that death was due to heart failure, and a vcrdict was returned accordingly. (PBZSS ASSOCIATION TELXCRAIf.) WESTPORT, July 5. Elizabeth McClellan, the wife of Donald McClellan, was found near a creek at Sergeant's Hill last evening, with her head blown off by gelignite. The affair is surrounded by mystery. The husband is away all day contracting.
