THE HAGUE CONFERENCE. (By Cable.—Prees Association.—Copyright.) (Beater's Telegrams.) LONDON, July 2. The 'Daily Chronicle's" correspondent at The Hague states that the German delegates to the Prisoners of War Conference have not yet returned from Berlin, where they had gone to oonsalt the Government, particularly regarding the Germans from China.
