PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE'S REPORT. (By Cable—Pre&3 Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and Is .Z. Cable Association.) (Received March 2lst, 8.25 p.m.) LONDON. March 20. The Parliamentary Committee on marriage law reform recommends three years' desertion as a ground for divorce. The Committee also advocates conferring limited divorce jurisdiction on county Courts, to meet the requirements of the working classes. The Committee suggests the abolition of permanent separation.
