(riIESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 20. Hydro-electric power was the subject of discussion at the annual meeting of the Industrial Corporation of New Zealand to-day. Mr Joll, of Auckland, formally moved"That this meeting of the New Zealand Industrial Corporation is of opinion that steps should be taken to urge the Government to do all in its power to bring all parts of the Dominion into line with Canterbury by developing the hydro-clectnc scheme for power, light, and heat.'' Mr Ferguson,* chairman of the Efficiency Board, suggested that the meeting should consult a Government expert. This course was adopted, and the discussion was adjourned.
