(Received March 19th, 9.20 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 19. The sale of the late Samuel Hordern's city property realised £62,52-3. A cable message on February 27th said.-—The first of a series of sales of valuable properties by the trustees of the late Samuel Hordem, comprising a number of houses, shops, and sections in various parte of the city and suburbs, realised £67.200.
