Clemenceau (Premier of France), Signer Orlando (Premier of Italy), and other French and Italian Ministers have returned from London, where an important confcrcnce was held. M. Clcmcnceau expressed his satisfaction at the results of the conference. THE ST. DENIS EXPLOSIONS. ("The Time#.") (Received March 18th, 11.30 p.m.) PARIS, March 17. The casualties as a result of the St. Denis explosions include 1500 injured, tho majority only slightly. Rescue work was difficult owing to intermittent explosions for three days, covering the countryside with grenades and debris. A cable message yesterday stated: — ; Two terrific explosions, followed by i fires, occurred in a munitions depot at St. Denis. Glass was shattered everywhere, and shop fronts demolished m a score of streets. There was intense excitement.
