(Received March 17th, 7.30 p.m.) BERNE, March 15. L The Hungarian Government has admitted its intention to enrol all editors in the army. for the purpose of militarily controlling the newspapers. POLES DESERT TO ROUMANIA. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received March 17th, 11.30 p.m..) BERNE. March 16. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" states that 5000 members of the Polish Legion, which was incorporated in the Austrian Army, deserted and escaped to Roumania to the cession rf Kholm to the Ukraine.
