(PRESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) WAIMATE, March 16. Charles Bores was further charged to-clay with snooting with intent io do grievous bodily hnrm. The injured man, Mason Boko, a Maori, lies in the hospital, the revolver bullet being still in liis head. The Court took his depositions. The accused was further remanded for a week.
