The "Manchester Guardian" states that it is rumoured that the German p:are terms include willingness to sell the colonies, provided tho Germans are not excluded from an equal share of their trade. BULGARIA ANXIOUS FOR PEACE. NEW YORK, Mkrch 14. The Washington correspondent of the "World" reports that advices from Switzerland state that a Bulgarian agent sounded the United States Charge d'affaires at Berne with a view to enlisting America's influence in the interests of peace. The agent attempted to ensure tho most favourable terms for Bulgaria. The despatch describes his representations as monstrous, hypocritical, and contemptible.
