Internal politics continue to interfere with a general agreement regarding the proposed Siberian intervention. There is a prospect of tho Cabinet's resignation in the near future. The public greatly desire an agreement with America. STATEMENT IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. LONDON, March 14. In Ihe House of Commons, Lord Robert Cecil (Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs) stated that numerous reports were received concerning the arming of German and other enemy prisoners in Siberia. The number so armed was probably considerable. AN UNFOUNDED REPORT. NEW YORK, March. 14. (Received March 16th, 1.30 a.m.) PETROGRAD, March 15. The Commandant at Vladivostock has committed suicide.
