MAGNETIC OBSERVATORY. Mctcorological obocrvations taken at 9.30 a.-m. and 5 T>.tn. on Match 15th: —
SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Atmospheric pressure has decreas-ed to-day, especially in tho south and_ moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds have prevailed. The weather has been fair generally, but haze and cloudiness have increased, ami eome scattered showers have been reported. Present indications are for increasing northerly winds, changing to westerly in and south of Cook Strait, and unsettled and cloudy conditions generally with rain following in most parts of the Dominion, and the barometer falling everywhere.
