THE Education Board of the District of Canterbury hereby notifies, in pursuance of powers conferred by the Education Act 1914. that it has resolved to amend the boundaries of the School Districts of LINWOOD and WOOLSTON (Chnstchurch Urban Area), and BROMLEY and BURWOOD (Rural Area), as follows, to take effect from April 15th, 1918:-^-LINWOOD— Copimencins on the south bank of the river Avon at Cowlisliaw's corner* thence generally north-easterly by that river to Kerr's road;. thence southerly along that road and tho New Brighton road to Buckley's Toad: thence south-westerly along the latter road and continuing along AJdwins road to the City outfall drain; thence northwesterly alon<* the irforementioned drain and BordcslevVstreet to Ollivier's road; thcnce north-eaaterlv along that road to Lmwood avenue; thence north-westerly along .Linwood avenue to the commencing point.
