TO THE EDITOR OP "THE PRESS." Sir,—There is a steadily growing nuisance besetting the Public Library. On Saturday evening there were no fewer than seven dogs distributed over this institution. They occupied places in the reference libraiy, nowsroom, and vestibule. If the revenue from the endowments of the Canterbury Oolteg© aro to be used to establish a dog kennel, then we are on the high road to be sue-cca,M.-Yo»rS, ctc.. jacobtwig .
