(Received March fOth, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 8., The Montenegrin Minister of War in a letter to the Press, indignantly denies the rumour that Montenegro may conclude peace with the Central Powers. He mentions that 2000 Montenegrins are fighting on the French front, and adds: "The Central Powers formally offered the Montenegrin Government peace, which was rejected with contempt."
