• i CASES BEFORE WELLINGTON COURT. (PRESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 7. At the Magistrate's Court, the charge against Henry Martindalo of betting in the New Commercial Hotel was dismissed, the evidence showing that he was in the Central Hotel at tho time the offence alleged against him was eaid to have taken place. Decision was reserved in the casos of Michael Henry Fitzgibbon, John Am•ose Sullivan, and Garnc-t Harold' awler, who were charged respectively ith beinrr tho occupier of premises used i a gaming house, with using premises i a gaming house, and with assisting in inducting a gaming house.
