The Minister of Internal Affairs, referring to the question of the conscription of British subjects residing in certain allied countries, 6aid advice had been received that agreements had been entered into on the subject between tho United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Russia. A recent Press cable message indicated that an agreement had lieen made with tho United States, but so far, however, official advice had not been received respecting this agreement.
