THE FRENCH DISCLOSURES. i (Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association.) (United Service.) LONDON, March 4. The Paris correspondent of tho "Daily Telegraph," referring to M. Pichon's revelations, says:— "The references to Verdun and Toul fortresses appeared at the end of a long dispatch, only a portion of which was published in a German "White Book. When von Shocn (German Ambassador to Paris) offored neutrality, it was expected that M. Yiviani wcuhl accept or reject it. If tho latter, France would have borne tho onus of commencing the world war. If tho former, von Shoon would have disclosed the humiliating conditions. Tho trick faiied, M. Yiviani merely replying that France's conduct would be dictated by her honour and interests."
