Lsri Wilßngdon was thrown from his horse while hunting, and sustained severe concussion of the brain. Lord. Willingdon has been Governor •f Bombay since 1913. He was M.P. for Hastings, 1900-1906; Bodmin Division of Cornwall, 1906-10; Junior Lord of the Treasury, 1905-12. He is a major in the Sussex Imperial Yeomanry, and a Lord-in-Waiting to his Majesty the King. Lord Willingdon has had a distinguished career on thje cricket field, aikt captained the Eton snd Cambridge elevens. SPANISH CABINET RESIGNS. Following on the Cabinet's resignatfon King Alfonso has asked tlio Premier to remain in office and to reconstruct the Ministry.
